After seeing the presentation on Amelia, and how it is being integrated into the UiPath platform. I thought it was exciting to see the movement toward improving employee experiences and productivity, through Conversational AI.
From what was presented, the UiPath and Amelia partnership offers a fully integrated IT digital agent solution that reimagines the employee experience by bridging the gap between powerful automation and simplified user experiences. This means that employees can now make support requests via chat, messaging, or voice, and Amelia processes the request and natively integrates with UiPath software robots to resolve the issues with workflow automation and AI. Once complete, Amelia summarizes the resolution for the employee via their preferred channel.
This joint endeavor empowers employees to focus on propelling company growth and providing premier customer service, while also enabling end-to-end resolutions for high-volume requests, which reduces service desk wait times, accelerates request handle times, and ultimately could improve employees’ work life. We are living in an exciting time, and this shows the potential for further innovations in automation and AI to help companies deliver personalized employee experiences at scale, helping businesses drive efficient growth by doing more with less.
