Celebrating my 19,000th LinkedIn connection, as I do with each 1,000th connection, and in honor of shared insights, and experiences.

I’m delighted to introduce Steven Echtman!

Steven’s passions span technology and the arts. As a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and founder of Aiify.io, Steven is well known within the rapidly expanding AI industry as one of San Francisco Bay Area’s more prolific event and community builders. Steven enjoys bringing people together to share what inspires them most about what they’re working on and the positive potential.

Steven’s events span multi-day tech summits, hackathons, pitch competitions, panel events, and much more. I first met Steven when I spoke at one of his full-day “AI DAY” events, which featured 20 presentations and panels, and where I presented on “AI & Automation Intentional Governance, and the #ACTFramework.”

You can catch up with Steven at one of the many events Aiify.io is creating or partnering on. Simply follow his LinkedIn profile or follow their event page: Aiify.io/events or their Luma calendar: lu.ma/Aiify Currently, Steven and Aiify.io are working on bringing the hugely successful Dubai “Step” Tech conferences to San Francisco, with their inaugural “Step SF” happening on August 15th.

A serial entrepreneur, originally hailing from NYC, Steven first pursued film and television, working his way up to senior broadcast producer at a Los Angeles ad agency. He later formed an interactive agency, servicing clients like Disney, AIG, K-Swiss, Nissan, Mitsubishi, and many more. Steven moved to San Francisco in 2002 and worked to help many tech companies get to the next level, usually joining early-stage teams at the executive level and focussing on fundraising, product, and business development. During covid, Steven dove deep into DAOs, founding DAOPlanet (best known for producing the annual DAODenver event where people from all over the world share and learn about tokenized governance).

Like many, Steven’s journey has been one of resilience and reinvention, and it’s obvious to me at least that Steven enjoys working at the forefront of technology and collaborating on products that improve lives. In addition to creating events where people find the resources they need (whether it’s knowledge, funding, team members, or tools), Steven’s range of experiences and expertise makes him a great resource to entrepreneurs looking to advance their businesses.

Following https://aiify.io/events/ and following their Luma calendar is a great way to find out what’s up next!

Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Steven Echtman! My 19,000th connection.
