Celebrating my 17,000th LinkedIn connection, as I do with each 1,000th connection, and in honor of shared insights, and experiences.
I’m delighted to introduce Michael A.
Michael’s story is one of resilience, innovation, and a passion for both technology and dance.
A first-generation immigrant, from the Philippines. Michael’s journey in the tech industry has been nothing short of remarkable. From his beginnings as a software engineer at 3M to his leadership roles in healthcare tech giants like the Mayo Clinic, UnitedHealth Group, and Optum, Michael has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation.
His expertise extends into the realm of Digital Transformation Programs involving Deep learning models and Generative AI. At Boston Scientific, Michael’s leadership in enterprise architecture design and GenAI platform development has been exemplary, with a focus on GenAI Architecture Strategy.
But Michael’s talents don’t end there. When he’s not immersed in the world of technology, you can often find him on the dance floor, sharing his passion for Swing Dancing with his wife, Michelle. They first met as partners in the Swing Dance Group “Rhythm and Swing,” where Michael’s skill and dedication have earned him not one, but four Championship Titles in West Coast Swing.
Michael’s diverse experiences, from shaping GenAI strategies to mastering the art of Swing Dancing, bring a unique perspective, which I had the opportunity to see firsthand at an event last month. I’m excited to see the insights and levity he’ll bring to future discussions in this space as we continue to explore new frontiers in technology and innovation around AI, GenAI, and beyond.
Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Michael!
