I don’t know why this saying is back, but I am saying:
It’s time to – Retire “Don’t bring me problems, bring me solutions” and embrace a culture of openness, Here’s how:

1. **Problem Statements Over Complaints**: Encourage team members to voice concerns, not just solutions. Emphasize that no question is a bad one.

2. **Inclusivity**: Make it clear that everyone’s input matters. Collaborative problem-solving often yields the best results.

3. **Brave Spaces**: Shift from a ‘safe space’ mentality to a ‘brave space.’ In a brave space, individuals are empowered to discuss issues openly, knowing they won’t face repercussions for bringing up problems.

4. **Leadership Behavior**: Leaders should model the behavior they want to see. Make it okay to be wrong, as it’s about fostering productive conversations.

5. **Timely Communication**: Encourage early reporting of problems. Addressing issues at the outset can prevent them from escalating into crises.

By blending these elements, we can create a culture where problems are addressed constructively, fostering growth and collaboration.
