Amir Assar talked to CIO functions already seeing a massive change from classic support structures to more of a partnership approach that involves key decision-makers. Essentially when your company grows large enough that your IT has outgrown the support function and starts to drive more into business value. Companies are seeing traditional CEO roles becoming more of a Chief Experience Officer and focusing more on employee engagement as well as customer and commercial outreach. Furthermore, many organizations are focusing more on changing where IT sits, or what their seat at the table it. Companies will be looking to make these changes in the future to drive better efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
