– : – Taking into account the entire ecosystem and considering the upstream and downstream impacts when implementing automation and digital transformation initiatives.
– : – Embracing an iterative and adaptive approach to project implementation, allowing for flexibility and incremental value delivery.
– : – Encouraging and fostering a culture of innovation within an organization through automation and digital transformation.
