I am excited to share that I will be speaking at the 23rd #SSOW Shared Services and Outsourcing Week.

This event is primarily geared toward #GBS (Global Business Services) professionals and #sharedservices. I hear that this event is expected to be amazing and with the current lineup of experts already speaking. I am happy to be a part of this and have a chance to bring my knowledge and expertise to it.

It will be great to connect and talk to many of you, some I will be meeting in person for the first time! I’ll see you at SSOW in #lisbon later this May and let’s drive and innovate the future of operational excellence together!
