Automation (People, Processes, & Technology)

People: We are all dreamers. We were all meant to do things iteratively & collaboratively. To act or start is the only way to succeed.

Processes: Without a process, there is a chance of chaos. Chaos can lead to loss. Loss in product, revenue, or trust.

“Trust the process”, and remember people are dreamers, not robots, so use robots to enable people to dream big ‘again’.

Technology: Is a tool; as such you will always find Tool/Technology intertwined. Tools are used for specific reasons, sometimes certain seasons, although never for a lifetime. You will always need a tool or technology. The constant is the need for the talent to use the tool so that success can come from its use.
