And just like that, it was another Birthday in the books.

 
I wasn’t planning on posting today. Although, with all of the wonderful birthday wishes, the countless talks, speeches, and overall getting to know many wonderful people all around the world, I thought I should take a moment and reflect on what helped me to get here so that my insight, or perspective, may help others.

I speak on #mindsetchange this is to show a different side, or view, on a topic, or how something may be perceived.  So instead of giving you motivational quotes, or a catchy meme, I will provide you with:

1.  A picture-defining the word “Mindset.”
2. My perspective on this topic is presented in a different way that might speak to you or someone you know. 

Simply put, it’s not no, it’s not yet! 

When you come across a new job, role, company, industry, knowledge space, arena, … the list goes on.

You may hear or say things like:
1.      I don’t understand Digital Literacy + Yet = Growth Mindset
2.      I can’t enable Cultural Change + Yet = Perseverance
3.      I am not Digitally Savvy + Yet = Optimism
