Every day, there seems to be another company laying off staff or firing an oddly specific number of workers. Those same people’s jobs could have potentially been saved if companies had adopted more efficient ways of doing business. Looking at the how of it, I could talk about process automation, or being more digitally savvy, and provide the why behind what it will mean to lose all of that talent and knowledge for a short sum gain… (What I want to say and what is important here is #people)

I wanted to say that I am sorry and have been there in the past. I know from my own experiences this can be hard and I recommend getting out there, posting about it, and applying to roles you would rather be at than possibly having to take due to one reason or another.

Although this sucks now. You have a chance to move this into something positive and I know you can.
