When I started in the #RPA, #Automation, space. I was told you can do whatever you want!

Although looking back it wasn’t a lie, it was more of a “keep an open mind about this technology”.

Looking at the #uipath changing coming to 22.4… I have to say this is more along the lines of what I originally was hoping for! This “Choose your own adventure model” has panned out and UiPath is keeping its word.

They are showing that not only can they handle classic on-prem solutions, but, even if you wanted the power and ease of the online versions. You could bring that on-premise using containers and then the other way making it all SaaS now too.

Also, I see this changing the way companies and vendors get involved with their customers and clients. These scalable, start instantly models provide a situation where we will see more, and more vendors providing AAS – Automation As a Service. This is an easy foot in the door when you can come in with your own bots, spin up some Proof of Concepts and show the reoccurring value.
