This was speculation and now confirmed that 2022 is looking to be an interesting year for automation…
In some interesting news, it looks like Automation Anywhere is acquiring Fortress IQ. If this deal goes through Automation Anywhere will be adding some new and solid features to its AI-powered, Automation 360 platform.
Although there is a lot of news out there talking about this. I am wondering if this is just part of a major push to really up their RPA platform game?
In 2022 maybe AA’s platform will resemble something like the picture attached?
I like how Shibumi holds that middle ground together while bringing in automation program data, all while enabling monitor & control to the automation pipeline & delivery solution. Shibumi also brings in a way to automate stakeholder reporting to showcase the benefits and return on investment that the automation team can then report on.
All of these efforts help and that leads me to wonder if Shibumi is up next to possibly be looked at for a merger or acquisition.
If AA is acquiring FortressIQ, and maybe even Shibumi… Seeing that Automation Anywhere is making moves before 2022. I think we may see a lot more of this in the first quarter within the automation platform space.
Is anyone out there seeing signs of any other strategic acquisitions coming up?
