Just because your bots cannot hear , doesn’t mean you can’t have them analyze code or logs to ‘listen’ to the inner workings of your enterprise.

Bots can be built with a specific purpose in mind . However, over time that purpose may change or need to be enhanced to meet the needs of the business .

Always look for ways to dress your bots up to handle the task at hand
