Automation of any kind can be scary. With automation there is change, and with change, there are unknown or unfamiliar forces or actions in play. We see people talk about RPA, AI, & ML as if they will solve all of our problems. In some cases, they can certainly help, and they can provide value. However, like any tool, it’s how you use it and that may require some trial and error.

The best advice is to build your automation efforts to enable humans. Replace the non-creative, non-critical thinking, and mundane day-to-day tasks with easy-to-use and understand automation.
