This is some interesting news. It’s not automation focused but if VMware can come out of this and be more competitive, it can very certainly help Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Dell Technologies announced its plan to proceed with the spinoff of its 81% ownership of enterprise software maker VMware. The deal should close in the fourth quarter of 2021.
