I am conflicted, someone, I hope mistakenly took something I had thought was mine. I have since 2022, talked about (ACT) – Alignment, Clarity, and Transparency. Sure we can see below the person posting this new version of ACT uses ‘Trust’, instead of ‘Transparency’. However, when I explain my version of (ACT), . These all go back to the saying ‘to be clear is to be kind’, and another talking point that I talk to in this same space is moving away from ‘safe spaces’ and bringing about ‘brave spaces’.
Either way, I suppose I’m saying and driving valid leadership points when others take them, change them a bit, and call them their own.
