AI is transforming the balance between capital and labor, but the real challenge isnโ€™t just automation, itโ€™s how we choose to apply it. Too often, enterprises view AI through a reductive lens, a tool for cutting costs rather than a force multiplier for human capability. The real opportunity isnโ€™t ๐‘“๐‘–๐‘Ÿ๐‘’, ๐‘–๐‘กโ€™๐‘  ๐‘—๐‘ข๐‘ ๐‘ก ๐‘‘๐‘œ๐‘›โ€™๐‘ก โ„Ž๐‘–๐‘Ÿ๐‘’.
