As UiPath Forward 7 kicks off in Las Vegas this week, many are eager to hear about the latest advancements in AI and automation, ๐๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ ๐ง๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ฌ๐ค ๐๐ง ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: are we seeing true transformation, or just the next iteration? I personally was surprised to see UiPaths introduction of its use of Agentic tasks and processes. It certainly can be seen as undeniably exciting, and the promise of expanding automatable tasks by tenfold sounds groundbreaking, yet weโve seen similar claims before. ๐๐ฒ ๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฐ๐๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ฒ ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐? ๐๐ก๐ฒ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐๐ฌ ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ค๐๐ญ ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ซ, ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐. Yes, the customizable learning tracks and high-profile speakers are appealing, but what businesses really need is more transparency around how these innovations will translate into measurable business outcomes. How will these so called breakthroughs meaningfully reduce complexity for organizations already struggling with digital transformation?
At the end of the day, adoption rates and true ease of use will be the test.
