Here are my thoughts ๐ญ
The challenge now isnโt just how we innovate, yet how we lead people through it.
How do we manage teams across different generational mindsets and set expectations for continuous change? We need to create environments where innovation doesnโt mean burnout or chasing trends for the sake of it.
Purpose must be at the center of all innovation. Without clear, well-defined goals, innovation can create friction or some may say unnecessary noise.
So, the question becomes: How do we foster team dynamics that teach all generations to embrace change while aligning with shared goals?
Itโs about balance. Disruption isnโt always the goal, yet purposeful innovation must be.
Companies need to build frameworks that encourage collaboration and empower employees to adapt without feeling overwhelmed. Innovation should energize, not exhaust. It should be intentional, driving meaningful outcomes and long-term value, yet not just โchange for the sake of changeโ.
Like Jeff Winter said, โItโs time we move past the โ๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ข๐งโ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ค๐โ mentality. Perpetual innovation is hereโ, and the way we lead, collaborate, and innovate needs to reflect that.
Innovating with purpose, empowering teams, and creating space for collaboration, this is the new frontier.
P.S – Thanks a lot Jeff now you got me to post on a Saturday ๐
