I am conflicted, someone, I hope mistakenly took something I had thought was mine. I have since 2022, talked about (ACT) – Alignment, Clarity, and Transparency. Sure we can see below the person posting this new version of ACT uses ‘Trust’, instead of ‘Transparency’. However, when I explain my version of (ACT), 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭. These all go back to the saying ‘to be clear is to be kind’, and another talking point that I talk to in this same space is moving away from ‘safe spaces’ and bringing about ‘brave spaces’.

Either way, I suppose I’m saying and driving valid leadership points when others take them, change them a bit, and call them their own.
