We will continue to see more on this subject as these new innovative technologies, give way to new opportunities and challenges.
To address the challenge of AI displacing jobs we need a framework that focuses on human-centric development, resilience, and the nurturing of roles where human judgment is irreplaceable.
I think we could solve for some of this, by leveraging guilds to help people adapt, find meaningful roles, and excel alongside the AI innovation curve.
