These last few years, only AI and GenAI seemed to be doing interesting things… well nature, and the world we live in is also changing. We now need to watch out for these interesting aberrations, like the upcoming bug 🐛 invasion of 2024.

So why it all matters!

As trillions of dollars are invested in bringing massive compute power to serve AI and GenAI functionalities, we’re witnessing a parallel phenomenon unfolding in nature…

The ultimate bug invasion! 🦟 🌿 The USA is gearing up for a historic event as the 13-year Brood XIX and the 17-year Brood XIII emerge simultaneously for the first time since 1803.

So why am I writing about bugs and AI? 🤔

Just as researchers meticulously track the cicada populations, scientists harness this massive compute power to push the boundaries of AI and GenAI functionalities. This convergence of nature’s cycles and technological advancements reminds us of the incredible strides we’re making in understanding both our world and the digital frontier. In the end, there are many who may not be aware and like history, I also like science.
