So ☝️ question ‍♂️ about the whole Southwest situation.

Where is the CIO/CTO within Southwest’s leadership…

(edit) SWA does have a CIO at the VP level. Not at the Senior Executive Level.

That’s it. I’m not here to pile on, or speculate how much this will cost in the end. I also am not saying % a CIO/CTO could have planned or prevented this. Just pointing out that there was not a technology focused voice in the room.
