Great conversations over in the VOCAL Council. The first episode of #VOCALize is out and both Darren Atkins and Shail Khiyara did a fantastic job on explaining the ever changing landscape of #automation!

I couldn’t agree more with many of Darren’s points from automation helping and guiding organizations toward a more digital, and overall cultural change. His points on automation teams being integral and future focused so they don’t fall into those maintenance heavy situations and much much more.

I believe Automation and the teams that support it can we will bring about change, be it a #mindsetchange or just using RPA & automation as a #agentofchange
