Had a great conversation with Irene Lyakovetsky🎧🎙 a week or so ago on SaugaTalks about the evolution of AI in the enterprise. We’re at a turning point, Agentic AI isn’t just about automation anymore. It’s about intelligence that understands, decides, and adapts in real-time.

Yet, as we move into this new agent or “agentic” era, the real question isn’t whether AI can execute tasks, it’s whether it can work with us, anticipate our needs, and drive transformation safely and securely from within.

Some key takeaways:
✅ AI agents are no longer just reactive, they anticipate, strategize, and execute, aligning with business goals.

✅ The commoditization of AI means enterprises can now run private LLMs at scale, unlocking security, control, and cost advantages.

✅ The future is multi-agent AI, systems that collaborate, adapt, and transform enterprises from the inside out.

It reminds me of Alan Kay’s quote, “The best way to predict the future is to invent it.” Enterprises that embrace AI agents today aren’t just preparing for the future, they’re shaping it.

Always a pleasure sharing insights with the AI and automation community. Hope this helps those navigating this shift! Check out the full discussion
