The next era – How AI will shape the IT landscape:
I had the chance to sit in and watch this panel of diverse leaders.
Here is what I got from it:
There was an interesting use-case that was brought up. There was a customer who wanted to solve for bad actors placing card scammers on ATMs π§
The interesting finding is that these bad actors are being found by and how they tend to use two hands π versus one hand ποΈ when using the ATM. This visual cues set automatic processes in motion to verify and validate the customer or the culprit.
Below π are some of the other quick key π points that were mentioned
πΉ Getting or gaining alignment, around privacy, governance, and model usage are key.
πΉ De-identify data. clean, cleanse, and remove protected or nebulous data.
πΉ We all want data governance, however, we donβt want to stifle data enablement.
πΉ Data Leakage, is still a major concern. Synthetic Data, can help here, but without the above π points it would be hard to enable, maintain, and control it.
Lastly, Governance is not a blocker it is an accelerator. It tells the story, drives the understanding, and provides context that can enable a path thatβs easy for others to follow.
