I am excited to share that my LinkedIn community has recently hit the 14,000 mark, and I am thrilled to shine a spotlight on my remarkable UiPath mentee, Nina Mehta, PMP, UiRPA, ACP, CSM, ITIL

Nina is an individual whose commitment to growth and learning is genuinely exceptional. Her unwavering initiative in acquiring UiPath knowledge, successfully achieving the Associate Developer certification, completing the UIPath Business Analyst Foundation course, and currently pursuing the Advanced Developer certification is a testament to her dedication to excel in the automation field.

Nina is also a dynamic project manager with a unique blend of technical savvy and leadership prowess—her ability to navigate complex challenges while driving projects forward is nothing short of impressive.

As Nina’s mentor, I am honored to play a role in her journey of growth and success. On the topic of mentorship, I am grateful for the mentor program that the UiPath Community has created. The program provides a strong foundation for a mentor and mentee “𝑑𝑦𝑛𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑐 𝑑𝑢𝑜” approach, much like 🦇Batman and 🐦Robin. I encourage more mentors to join this program and help others learn about automation pipelines, digital transformations, and how to lead an automation journey with confidence, backed by change controls and process governance. Together, we can create more “𝑑𝑦𝑛𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑐 𝑑𝑢𝑜𝑠” and make work more efficient and enjoyable for all of those that we support.
