Learn by doing, embracing change, and having a growth mindset are all components of having a brave space.

Sometimes you have to get your hands dirty to see how something works. Sometimes you have to fail to see that correct path or solution. Of course as you get better and gain more insight, you should be able to fail fast and pivot as needed to still serve up some iterative value.

Digital innovation, being digitally savvy and gaining digital literacy are all part of this journey. I have seen more success in creating brave spaces, than no spaces.

Less finger pointing , less that’s not my job, less I didn’t have time so I pushed the deployment on a Friday. Talk to the issues, define it, understand it so that you can also explain it. It’s ok to not know, it’s fine if your flustered, or upset. Your goal is the company’s goal and sometimes people need a hand. This can be a hand , to shake , to applaud , or to help carry some of the weight .
