Agreed: Employees need to feel trusted and valued
Question: How do you solve for both usecases?
1. Better documentation?
2. Better visibility for accountability?
3. Better top down communication for better alignment and transparency?
4. All the above by bringing in Process Mining ⛏ to enable Process Discovery. Although there are still concerns here around data normalization, employee anonymity, and value for both sides.
For process mining like any technology or tool. It is always best to use ACT – Alignment, Clarity & Transparency for (everyone) at (every) level.
Enable, and empower your employees, and they will work to enable and empower the business.
